Dr Ash Kapoor recently attended the Royal Society of Medicine for Advancing Women’s Health, a full-day event exploring key themes in women’s health, hormone optimisation, longevity, and whole-body wellbeing.
As part of the speaker line-up, Dr Ash presented on The Role of Fasting and Autophagy in Optimising Women’s Health, exploring how cellular repair, metabolic resilience, detoxification, renewal, and deeper biological systems can support women’s health beyond symptom management.
The day featured an expert speaker line-up including Dr Ghazala Aziz-Scott, Dr Ash Kapoor, Dr Nikita Grover, Tanya Borowski, and Dr Monica Lascar, with sessions covering personalised BHRT, fasting and autophagy, HRT and breast cancer, bone health, sexual wellness, and complex endocrine cases.
A heartfelt thank you to the organisers, including Dr Ghazala Aziz-Scott and Anna Pacci, Marion Gluck Training Academy and Fagron, the Specialist Pharmacy team, the fellow speakers, guests, and everyone involved in creating such an engaging and meaningful day.
It was a privilege to contribute to this important conversation around functional, preventative, and longevity-led approaches to optimising women’s health across every stage of life.
