On 13th May, Dr Ash Kapoor was a featured speaker at the PMPSA Conference, delivering a thought-provoking presentation titled:
“Advancing Longevity Beyond Cellular Medicine.” In this session, Dr Kapoor shared his journey through conventional medicine, cellular longevity, and the emerging frontier of energy optimisation. Exploring why many current health approaches continue to fall short, he examined the relationship between stress, energy production, and human performance, highlighting the growing importance of understanding health through a broader, more integrative lens.
The presentation challenged attendees to consider the future of longevity medicine beyond cellular interventions alone, introducing concepts around energy longevity, the mind-body connection, and the use of individuals as real-time biomarkers of health and resilience.
